Consolidated Recruitment Partners (CRP) LLC is a cultural exchange agency dedicated to enabling opportunities for qualified African and American teachers and students to experience each other’s school systems and societies. This exchange not only opens the worlds of the participants, but in the process, offers their students and peers a unique opportunity to learn a new culture and gain a global perspective. The exchange offers a diversification of the educational landscape, allowing teachers and students from different parts of the world to explore new teaching and learning methods and create a more inclusive learning
Established in 2023 by professionals with extensive work experience in both the United States and Ghana, CRP serves as a recruiter for university and high school students as well as teachers in the primary through secondary school levels. CRP specializes in identifying, selecting, and facilitating the smooth movement and subsequent effective functioning of exceptional teachers and students across borders, into their respective placement institutions.
MANAGING PARTNERS
Nathan K. Austin, PhD
Dr. Austin has over thirty (30) years of teaching, academic programs administration and services industry experience. Currently a full professor at the School of Business, University of the Virgin Island. He has an MSc in Hospitality Marketing from Surrey University, Guildford, England and a Doctor of Philosophy in Tourism from Strathclyde University, Glasgow, Scotland. Dr. Austin has taught at several universities including Universiti Utara Malaysia, Monash University Malaysia, Monash University Australia, Morgan State University, USA, and University of Professional Studies Accra, Ghana.
John A. Asiedu
Mr. Asiedu has over 35 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and more than 20 years of experience in real estate investments and management in both the US and Ghana. Since retiring from his pharmaceutical career, he has delved into financial advising and insurance. He holds a B.S. Pharm from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and a Maryland State Insurance license.
